FULL CONTROL OVER EACH REGISTRATION ITEM

You control the number available, how many can each registree purchase. You also control what the cost is for the initial n purchase and a higher (or lower) cost for subsequent purchases by the same registree


ON-LINE, SECURE CREDIT CARD PAYMENT

No more handling checks and purchase orders. Of course, these are still available for those few who choose not to pay by Credit Card.


CONFERENCE BADGES

Your conference badges are printed to standard Avery badge stock. Print your badges without having to export/mailmerge. Print badges on-site as late comers register. Conference Badge layouts are flexible allowing you to customize to suite your organization.


ON-SITE REGISTRATION

Handle your On-site registration for late comers with ease. They can register in the lobby on their tablet/phone/computer and then come to the registration desk to get their conference materials, including badge and tickets. Optionally, you can choose to register them yourself on your computer(s), take payment, and print badges.


USER DEFINED FIELDS

Gather any additional information from your registrants. You can customize the data collected to suite your organizational needs.


COMMUNICATION

No more mailing out letters, or generating secondary email lists and groups. Quickly send emails out to your registrants by form, membership type, status, etc. It is simple to communicate with your registrants as well as look up and see what you have communicated to them.


LINKED TO YOUR UPSTREAM MEMBERSHIP DATABASE

We currently connect with multiple National organizations such as ACDA and NAfME among others. If we don't already connect to your parent organization for current membership information, let us know and we can get hooked up. You can always know who is a member and what type of member they are. At that point, Opus Register can present them with the registration forms appropriate for thier specific needs.


CUSTOM LISTS

Every need to provide certain registration forms for specific individuals? How about for staff, or board members, or other specific groups. You can easily setup a list of email addresses that have access to a specific form, even if that individual has not yet logged into Opus Register. You can handle your VIP guests easily and efficiently.


REPORT WRITER

Utilize our pre-existing management reports or design/modify your own to give you the reporting you need to run your event. All reports are available in Table, Excel, and PDF formats.


LAYERED SECURITY

Control access to your event by assigning individuals specific roles in the system.


QUICK REPORTS

Our Quick Reports tool provides access to all of the data fields pertaining to your entries. You can design your own reports and send the results to screen, PDF or Excel.
