  • Unlimited number of registrations
  • Public Registrations
  • Email communication to your Registrees
  • Limited to one registration form
  • Limited to 10 Registration Items
  • Limited to one event manager
  • Credit Card payment through OpusEvent gateway (required)
  • One free ACH transfer ($5 each additional transfer)

GROUP TIER

$0.49 per registration

For the organization that needs to register groups of individuals. Features included are:

  • All of the Features in the Free tier plus...
  • Allows a single login (teacher) to register multiple individuals (student)
  • Limited to 3 registration forms
  • Limited to 20 Registration Items
  • Limited to one event manager
  • Credit Card payment through OpusEvent gateway (required)
  • One free ACH transfer ($5 each additional transfer)

BASIC TIER

$1.49 per registration

For the organization that requires more than a single registration form and/or links to upstream membership databases. Features included are:

  • All of the Features in the Free tier plus...
  • Link to ACDA or NAfME database for membership
  • Badge printing
  • Limited to 3 registration forms
  • Limited to 20 Registration Items
  • Limited to one event manager
  • Credit Card payment through OpusEvent gateway (required)
  • Three free ACH transfer ($5 each additional transfer)

ADVANCED TIER

$2.69 per registration

For mid-sized conferences with multiple forms, items, and advanced management needs. Features included are:

  • All of the Features in the Basic tier plus...
  • User defined fields
  • Report Writer
  • On-Site Registration
  • Limited to 10 registration forms
  • Limited to 30 Registration Items
  • Limited to two event managers
  • Credit Card payment through OpusEvent gateway (required)
  • Six free ACH transfer ($5 each additional transfer)

PROFESSIONAL TIER

$3.79 per registration

The Professional tier has all of the bells and whistles. Features included are:

  • All of the Features in the Advanced tier plus...
  • Custom Lists/Invitations
  • Unlimited Registration forms
  • Unlimited Registration Items
  • Unlimited event managers
  • Layered Security
  • Utilize your own Credit Card Gateway or OpusEvent Gateway - your choice!
  • Unlimited ACH transfers (Weekly)

OpusEvent Credit Card Gateway

OpusEvent maintains a PCI compliant credit card gateway available to OpusEvent customer. The following processing charges apply to all OpusEvent gateway transactions

  • The cost of each credit card transaction is $0.40 plus 4.0% of the gross amount
  • Credit Card Reports are available at all tier levels
  • Transfers are processed within two to three business days and proceeds will arrive at your account in one to three business days based on your bank's policies. (Some restrictions apply)
  • After the number of allocated transfers in your chosen tier, each additional transfer is $5.00
